Course durations can vary for multiple reasons, so the durations below are the minimum possible amount.
Refresher Face to Face contact time of at least 3 Hours 30 Mins
Blended Face to Face contact time of at least 3 Hours 30 Mins
Face-to-Face Face to Face contact time of at least 5 Hours
Online with face-to-face assessment Face to Face contact time of at least 30 Mins

Physical capability to be able to meet the demands of the practical demonstration skills including CPR (Important note: In order to issue an accredited certificate CPR must be performed on the floor and and rescue breathing techniques demonstrated on manikins, with no exemptions).
Physical fitness – Participants must have the physical capacity to complete a practical demonstration of a simulated LV panel rescue.
Online study: Students must have access to a computer, smartphone, tablet or other electronic devices with access to the internet to complete the online/ pre-course studies.

Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.

Please note that enrolment to this course is made with Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. Performance tasks and scenarios:
Perform CPR on an adult (incl. the use of an AED and placing a casualty into the recovery position)
Perform CPR on an infant
Inspection and placement of rescue equipment and performing a rescue
Low voltage panel rescue
Theory assessment - A written assessment consisting of multiple-choice questions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life and unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect your ability to attend a course. We will always try to be as flexible as possible; however, changes to bookings, including transfers, cancellations and amendments, may incur a $25 administration fee to cover administration and payment processing costs.
Course Transfers
Each participant may transfer their booking once to another available course date, subject to availability.
5 or more days' notice: One transfer is available free of charge.
Less than 5 days' notice: A $25 administration fee applies.
Further transfers: Additional administration fees may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 10 days before the course: Full refund.
Less than 10 days before the course: 75% refund.
Once the course has commenced: No refund.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that genuine unexpected circumstances can occur. At the discretion of Regional First Aid, administration fees may be waived or a full course credit may be offered for a future course.
Cancellation by Regional First Aid
If Regional First Aid is unable to deliver the scheduled course, participants will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund.
